Here are the Pregnancy Pillows for Pregnancy Complications or Changes.

1. Backache:-

During pregnancy, many bodily changes occur, such as an increasing belly, growing breasts, and the loosening or stretching of tendons, joints, and muscles. These have an impact on balance and gravity, which can cause back and shoulder discomfort. While these physical changes are necessary to support the growing baby, paying attention to your sleeping posture by keeping your back straight and using a C-shaped Pregnancy pillow for back pain can help.

2. Having Sciatica During Pregnancy:-

It is a radiating ache that begins in the lower back and spreads to the buttocks, legs, and toes. This is caused by a vertebral bone spur or a herniated disk compressing the sciatic nerve. Relaxin, a hormone, is created in large quantities during pregnancy. This is done to loosen the ligaments and ready the pelvis for birth. However, as the ligaments relax, it becomes loose; the sciatic nerve shifts and becomes pinched, producing radiating discomfort from the hips down. Place pillows for pregnancy support under the belly and below the legs to relieve pressure and ensure correct pelvic alignment.

3. Heartburn:-

Another common issue encountered by pregnant women is the movement of acid and food back to the esophagus. This results in a burning feeling in the stomach and throat. Furthermore, as the pregnancy continues, the uterus expands, the stomach grows larger, and the pressure on it increases. To alleviate heartburn symptoms, place a wedge pregnancy pillow under your back.

4. Sweating at night:-

It is prevalent in the first and third trimesters and is caused by a rise in temperature caused by increased blood flow and hormonal changes. Use breathable pillows and bedsheets made of natural materials such as bamboo or cotton.

5. Pelvic discomfort:-

This affects a large proportion of pregnant women and can last for months after delivery. To alleviate the pressure on the lower back and hips, position a C-shaped neck and back support pregnancy pillow under the abdomen or between the knees.
